About Versus Training
Versus Training is a training app built for athletes who train across modalities: combat sports, strength, endurance, sport, recovery. The app unifies what usually lives in five separate apps: sparring rounds, lifting sets (Hevy / Strong), endurance intervals (Strava), readiness (Whoop), and recovery (HealthKit). Plus an AI coach called Sensei, powered by Claude, that talks about your actual training, not generic plans.
