Copyright takedown procedure for Versus Training
Versus Training respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through the Application infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by contacting our designated agent.

Required Notice Contents
Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it within the Application
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
How We Process Notices
The Service Provider will respond to valid DMCA notices by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and notifying the user who posted it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Counter-notices must include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
