For lifters

The lifting app that understands fatigue.

PRs, your lifts against standards for your bodyweight, sex and age, a DOTS total, meet attempts planned to loadable plates, workload measured against your own baseline, and an AI that knows when you should deload.

You came here because

Hevy doesn't know you slept four hours.

  • Other lifting apps log sets. They don't connect last week's volume to this week's fatigue.
  • FitBod's AI is a black box that hands you a workout without explaining why.
  • You want PR tracking, workload trends, readiness, and a coach you can ask "should I push or deload?", in one app.

The features that matter to you

Hevy's logger. FitBod's intelligence.

PR auto-detection

Every set is checked. e1RM, 3RM, 5RM, volume PR. Celebrates the win. Opt-in to share to gym feed.

Load vs your own baseline (Core)

Every session lands in one workload total, measured against your own recent norm rather than a population average, and the app names the system running hot instead of just flagging the week. It shows when volume is ramping faster than you usually absorb. A training signal, not a verdict on whether you are about to get hurt.

Strength standards + DOTS

Your lifts compared against standards adjusted for bodyweight, sex and age, so 140 kg means something different at 70 kg than at 100 kg and the app treats it that way. Your total gets a DOTS score, which is what lets you compare it across weight classes. A reference population, not a verdict: plenty of useful lifters sit below it.

Meet attempts, planned

Openers, second and third attempts built from your own training history and rounded to plates you can actually load. An opener you have already hit for a comfortable single, rather than a number the app invented.

Plateau detector

30-day window per movement, free on every tier. When you stall it tells you, and on Elite Sensei proposes the deload, the variation or the fatigue-management protocol to get past it.

Templates + supersets

Build once, run forever. Drop sets, supersets, RPE/RIR, rest timers, percentage-of-1RM auto-loading.

Imports

Export from Hevy, Strong or Fitbod and import the file. Five years of it. Your PR history travels with you.

Your imported history got more accurate

Not a new feature. 1.5 reads the same files better, which matters most if you already brought years of history across. The per-set RPE you recorded in Hevy or Strong now comes with it, instead of being read and thrown away. Session effort is worked out from the sets themselves rather than a flat default, so an easy Tuesday and a brutal Saturday stop contributing identical load. Strong warmups count as warmups rather than as working sets, and routine names survive, so an imported session can be compared against the last time you did that session.

Body composition

12 measurements, FFMI and skeletal frame insights, AI body-fat estimate from progress photos. Trend lines, not vanity.
